Katsukawa Shunzan (active about 1781-1801)
Little is known about Katsukawa Shunzan beyond the fact that he was a student of Katsukawa Shunsho and that he was active roughly from 1782 until 1898. He first designed actor prints before eventually moving on to bijin portraits, and was clearly influenced by Torii Kiyonaga.
